Police on Wednesday said three terrorists were killed in a gunfight in Waterhail area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district. ADGP Kashmir had early tweeted that Lateef Rather who is behind killing of Rahul Bhat and Amreen Bhat’ was among three militants trapped in Budgam.
