Former J&K Chief minister Omar Abdullah said he accepts the blame for killings in J&K when his party was in power but questioned he is to be responsible for killings in J&K which are happening here post 2014 like minority killings in Kashmir, civilian killings in Rajouri, security personnel martyred in Poonch. Govt should tell who is to be blamed.
