Verinag Girls boycott classes against inadequate accommodation

Anantnag: The students of Government Higher Secondary School Verinag boycotted classes to protest the lack of accommodation in the school.
The higher secondary school was upgraded in the year 2003 from High School to Girls Higher Secondary but the infrastructure has not been upgraded.
Humira Jan, a student said that they are facing immense hardships in the school due to the lack of accommodation.
“The huge attendance of students in a very little room causes suffocation,” she said.
