Traffic along Jammu-Srinagar National Highway remained suspended for the second successive day as intermittent heavy rains and snowfall blocked the 270-km highway.
Hundreds of vehicles are stranded at Various Points of national Highway in Udhampur . The state is witnessing heavy rains and snowfall for the last two days.
