Female Multi-Purpose health worker ( Nurse), not doctor is running the Health Sub Centre in SATYALTA AREA, BLOCK SWENA, DISTRICT UDHAMPUR the only medical facility centre for population of about 10,000 people.
Earlier also not doctor but a head pharmacist was given the charge of Sub Centre but he got attached to the CHC Chenani and that too quite long back.
The patients have to go Chenani or udhampur for medical treatment travelling a long distance and then there are frequent traffic jams.
