Incessant rain has caused havoc in Udhampur district. Diversions on the Udhampur-Ghordi Road near Laddan have been severely damaged by the downpour. Large boulders are blocking the path, and overflowing drains make passage impossible. Residents say the damage is most severe for minibuses and larger vehicles. Even smaller cars face difficulty navigating the narrowed diversions. Locals urge authorities to expedite repairs and remove the boulders to prevent further disruptions.
