The body of a youth was found hanging from a tree at forest area near Shankari Temple Under Mysterious Circumstances district udhampur last evening. The deceased has been identified as Karan Singh s/o Hazoor Singh R/o Upper Meer, Panchari, age about 22/23 yrs . Family members allege he was murdered.
