Agriculture department kulgam along with team of Enforcement Officers today seized a truck which was carrying fertilizer without required permission during an inspection. Official said on receiving specific information regarding suspicious movement of vehicle, carrying 180 Qts calcium +Magnesium+ Boron, the vehicle was stopped and accused was asked to provide the requisite documents which he failed. The seized quantity was being dumped in the premises of Dar Fertilizer Laroo Kulgam.
