Tributes were paid to CRPF martyr head constable Chandrika Parsad who died in terrorists attack at CRPF camp in Pulwama on Nov 18. Critically injured Chandrika Parsad was shifted to hospital where he succumbed to injuries. He was resident of Uttarakhand and had joined CRPF in 1987 .
