28-yr-old trekker Riya, , residence of Mumbai, who was on trekking at 12000 ft, near Trunkhal in Ganderbal District, developed breathing issues. Army personnel reached there and provided oxygen support and resuscitated. She was subsequently evacuated from treacherous terrain and inclement weather to Narang, Wangat.
