A delegation of retired Judges and top Jurists of India, led by the International Council of Jurists president and Senior Advocate Dr. Adish C Aggarwala, will unfurl the national flag at Srinagar’s iconic Lal Chowk on June 18. He said it is aimed at sending a message the peace has returned to valley.
