Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar said time is right for assembly elections in J&K and Commission is determined to build up on the huge response witnessed in parliamentary elections in J&K. He said Commission will review security situation and requirement of security forces and also the deadline , referring to Supreme Court direction of holding elections before September. He said recent spike in terrorist attacks in Jammu can’t have an impact on the conduct of elections.
