Stobdan former Indian Ambassador has tendered an apology to revered Buddhist spiritual Leader Dalai Lama for the comments made by him about Dalai Lama during a panel discussion in TV debate. In a video message sent to Excelsior News Stobdan said he himself is a follower of Dalai Lama. Former ambassador also regretted for having hurt sentiments of Dalai Lama’s followers. Ladakh Buddhist Association had yesterday taken strong objections to statement made by Stobdan.
