All India Confederation of SC/ST/OBC Organizations held a press conference at Jammu today in which State President of the Confederation stated that the Confederation has proposed to hold a peaceful Gherao of Civil Secretariat for implementation of Reservation policy in toto on 05-11-2018 i.e on its day of opening in Jammu. President further added that the Confederation met Hon’ble Advisor and apprised him about the pending issues and requested Advisor to arrange a meeting with the Governor to which the Advisor agreed to so the federation decided to defer Nov 5 protest.
