The Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom organized a painting exhibition featuring the works of Arshad Sauleh as part of the ‘Know Your Artisan’ initiative at the Kashmir Arts Emporium. The event was inaugurated by Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner Secretary of Industries and Commerce.
