Mir Barieq Manzoor from downtown Rainawari in Srinagar secured first position in Bachelor of Commerce exam conducted by IGNOU. She was awarded Gold Medal at IGNOU Headquarters, New Delhi, by Ramesh Pokhriyal, Human Resource Development Minister of India.
