Stone Crusher Owners’ Association (SCOA) welcomed the order of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on lifting blanket ban on mining from River Tawi. They expressed gratitude to Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sanjay Dhar for their decision. The Association also thanked J&K LG for listening to their grievances and directing the administration on this issue.
