Family members of Seems Devi w/o Kuldeep Raj resident Chack Ram Chand, Samba have alleged she died due to negligence of doctors.
The deceased was admitted at Vijaypur hospital and as her condition deteriorated she was referred to Medical College Jammu, where she died.
