Samba police said it has arrested two drug smugglers and recovered 22 gram chitta from them. The police said they were travelling in car. The accused were identified as Mushtaq Ali @ Kaka s/o Shahdin r/o Sarore (Samba) and Mohd Arif @ Billa Kaku s/o Mashoor Ali r/o Ramkot (Kathua)
