In a video, which has gone viral on social media, he is seen arguing with the doctor against its usage. He is also seen in the video telling that it’s a programme to annihilate a particular community.
He has also accused Block medical officer Mendhar Dr Pervaiz Ahmed Khan of having links with RSS, BJP Shive Sena and Bajrang Dal.
BMO had lodged against him in police station Mendhar. The FIR was registered on Nov 8 on the directions of DC Poonch Rahul Yadav.
