N Delhi: Punjab National Bank said the bank’s Rs 11,300 crore scam had started back in 2011 and it was detected on January 3 this year.
PNB) Managing Director (MD) Sunil Mehta on Thursday said have done surgery of the cancer which started three-year back.
He said the bank has initiated criminal action against its official.
Mehta said that the bank lodged a complaint with the CBI in January following which it registered a FIR on the next day.
He said after FIR was registered , raids were conducted on involved groups and establishments,
