Authorities have imposed restrictions in some parts of the Srinagar city of Jammu and Kashmir as a preventive measure in wake of strike called by separatists against death of four civilians near encounter site in Khudwani in Kulgam district on April 11.
A complete shutdown is being observed in Kulgam.
