BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav said National Conference and Peoples Democratic Pary (PDP) are opportunistic, hypocrite and self-serving parties . He said these parties consciously boycotted urban and panchayat polls with an intention to fail these elections taking excuse of Art 35-A. He said, however, now these same parties are asking for fresh assembly elections.
