Doctors in Rajouri are on strike against illegal detention of Dr Ashwani Bhagat , orthopaedic surgeon, posted at Reasi, allegedly on the directions of deputy Commissioner Reasi. Striking doctors say surgeon was publicly humiliated. They have suspended OPD service.
