Bhawana Kesar has become the first female from Nowshera , Rajouri district to Clear J&K Civil Service (Judicial) Exam. Hailing from a middle-class family, Bhavna’s father runs a small tailor shop in Naushahra Bazaar, while her mother is a homemaker. Bhavna completed her education up to 12th grade from TMP School, Naushahra. After completing her schooling, she went to Chandigarh for further studies.
