An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted on a road by terrorist in Arihal area of Pulwama district exploded. According to police the terrorists triggered the IE, at around 9:45 Pm. It was planted to inflict maximum damage to the security forces moving on the road. However, there was no damage .
