President leaves for parliament to address Joint sitting of LS and RS

Before addressing both the houses of the Parliament on the first of the Budget Session, President Pranab Mukherjee was seen enrooting to the Parliament in a traditional chariot on Tuesday. For the first time in the history of our country, Union Budget and Rail Budget will be announced together on Wednesday.
