Poonch police has reginsterd and FIR against people for anti-national slogans during bandh at Mendhar on Aug 25 . The call for Bandh in Mendhar was given by NC MLA Javed Ahamad Raina, in support of Art 35-A, The legality of the ARt isbeing challenged in the Supreme Court . MLA had in past also made many controversial statements and had also made objectionable accusations against the SSP also .
SSP said policewill act tough against people who raised anti-national slogans. FIR has been registered against unknown person, though the SSP said they are identifying accused
It was second incident of anti-national slogans being raised in a month and police said they are identifying the instigators
