A remote village along the LoC in Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district is still without basic facilities like electricity and water supply. Locals of Hadii Buddha village says they haven’t seen electricity since the time of their birth and are living miserable life. Only recently wooden poles were installed but electricity was missing. They say appealed the district commissioner to visit their village and himself inspect the reality.
