Jammu: A 10-yr-old and 14-yr-old minor brothers have alleged that they were beaten up by police personnel at Panjthirthi police chowki. One of them is undergoing treatment at hospital after falling unconscious.
One of the brothers said they were called to the police chowki when one of their classmates would allegedly steal money from his home. They said police person repeatedly asked them had they taken money from him, which they denied. One of the brothers said they were beaten by the police person
