Prime Minister Modi spoke to Nizamur Rehman, resident of Kaskoot, district Banihal in Jammu and Kashmir who along with 60 students from Kashmir studying MBBS in Wuhan, China, were evacuated by the Indian government. They were kept in quarantine for some time.
