Mohammad Jibran, hailing from Pingalgam village, began his creative journey two years after the 2015 accident that left him paraplegic. He expressed his excitement for securing first position by making a 3D house during an open talent hunt organised by the Social Welfare department at University of Jammu last week and appreciated the government for organizing VYOM purple fest.
