Bilal Ahmad Wani, a dedicated teacher at the Government Upper Primary School Jeevan Sahab in the Ladhoo area of the Education Zone Pampore, has been honored as Teacher of the Year award by district Pulwama. The award was presented by the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Pulwama, Abdul Qayoom Nadvi.
