Schools along LoC in Rajouri were closed for a day following heavy firing by Pakistan in the Nowshera sector of the district.
Deputy Commissioner Rajouri said heavy shelling started in the morning and civilians areas were also targeted. Keri, Lam, Pukharni and Peer Badaser areas were worst affected.
