The entire opposition staged walk out from the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Thursday over alleged non-functional administrative units .
In 2014 Gani Commission recommended for administrative units were approved by the then Cabinet . The NC and Congress Members alleged that PDP-BJP has not initiated any step in this regard and the people especially in the far flung areas are suffering onaccount of it.
