ADGP Kashmir said all modules of militants involved in the civilian killings in the last three years have been neutralized and there is only left and that too will be neutralized soon, He said in today’s encounter at Shopian of the three militants killed two of them were involved in the killings of two civilians. Lateef Lone, one of the slain militants, was involved in the killing of Purana Krishna Bharat, a Kashmiri Pandit, they said. Another militant Umer Nazir was involved in the killing Bahadur Thapa of Nepal.
