Former chief minister Omar Abdullah today speaking in the Assembly asked the Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mehbooba Mufti and also the Modi led BJP to clear the standing and mandate of the Center’s special representative on J&K Dineshwar Sharma. Omar said is Dineshwar Sharma a special representative or super CM.
