Omar Abdullah Thanks SC For Allowing NC Kargil Unit To Use Plough Symbol

National Conference has welcomed the decision of Supreme Court which held that the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Party(JKNC) is entitled to the ‘plough’ symbol. The court has set aside the LAHDC Kargil election and directed administration to issue new notification with in a week. The Court imposed a cost of Rupees One Lakh on the Ladakh Administration for filing the petition.
