Former Chief Minister and National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah too raised questions on J&K governmen’s “land for homeless scheme”. “Government should clear who are homeless and how you (the government) are counting the number of homeless people in Jammu and Kashmir,” Omar told media persons in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday.
