New Delhi: Warning against discrimination among terrorists as ‘good or bad, mine or yours,’ India’s Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar on Wednesday called for the need for developing a comprehensive global response as the highest priority. He added that terrorism is an international threat and should not serve the national strategy, nuclear strategy even more so.
