IGP Kashmir K Vijay Kumar said Pakistan militant Saifullah affiliated with Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit carried out attack at Nowgam on Monday in which two CRPF personnel were killed. IGP said one local militant was also involved and police will soon neutralise this group.
