Assam: After a number of Muslim organization clerics issued fatwa against teen singer from Assam Nahid Afrin, who was seen in the famous reality TV show Indian Idol, said she is not afraid of the threats and will continue to pursue her dream of singing. Nahid said that she was shocked from inside at first, but the legendary singers gave her the inspiration to continue the singing. “Singing is God’s gift and with the support of people, I will continue it till my life,” said Nahid.
