PDP MLA and former minister Syed Altaf Bukhari today said the leaders of National Conference, Peoples Democratic Party and the Congress to form an alliance. He said that alliance is being formed to protect special status Jammu and Kashmir. PDP has 28 seats in the state assembly, National Conference has 15 and Congress 12. The three parties together make it to 55 against the required number of 44 to form government in the 87-member house.
