PDP leader Nadeem Khan has accused National Conference MLA from Mendhar Javed Rana of using terrorists to win 2002 assembly elections. Addressing media Nadeem said in 2002 elections, Rana gave Rs 10 lakh to top commander for this task . Nadeem said when the terrorist was injured and captured by security forces he made this confession at a hospital , where he was undergoing treatment.
Rana had on Thursday alleged that stone-pelters are creation of security agencies .
