Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on Friday witnessed noisy scenes over power crisis in Kashmir valley.
The National Conference members, along with Congress legislators, staged walkout of the House.
During Zero hour, NC member Syed Aga Ruhullah, while raising the issue of power shortage in Kashmir valley, said that power scenario has worsened in the Valley.
