A terrorists affiliated to Al-Badr Mujahideen terror-outfit was arrested in Handwara area of Kupwara district.
He has been identified as Sajad Ahmad Dar, resident of Bungam, Rahmoo village in southern Pulwama district.
Sajad had joined terrorism on October 3. He is a first-year student of Bachelors in Lab Technician at college in New Delhi, had gone missing since October 3 . His family had lodged a missing report in the concerned police station.
