The meteorological department has forecasted rains and snowfall for the next two days in J&K and Ladakh. It said the weather will improve from Nov 10. Meanwhile, heavy snowfall draped Gulmarg resort as most places in the Union territory received snowfall and rains, bringing down the day temperature. Sadhna Pass, on Srinagar-Tangdhar road in Kupwara, received about two feet of snow, while Machil received about five inches of snow, they said.
