Sadiq Ali, a farmer in Mendhar, was praised by the LG in his Awaam Ke Awaaz programme for showing the way in earning good livelihood by vegetable farming. Sadiq said early he would do only wheat’s farming but after started raising Vegetable crops he is earning handsome income.
