Residents of Dargloon and Dakhi in Mendhar area of Poonch district of Jammu and in Jammu and Kashmir protested against water shortage in the area. Residents said they have to trek quite a distance to get water and even natural water resources are drying up. They alleged though PHE department had installed water motors but they are not functioning.
