The chief minister Mehbooba Mufti in her reply on the debate over Governor’s address in the Assembly Wednesday said she wants to make it clear to all the people of the state including those who are not in mainstream that what ever be the desires of the people or what ever they want they can get it only from the India not outside. She said the Centre has appointed the interlocutor but the onus also lies with the separatist to come forward for the talks
